When Gmail accounts are set as primary or alternate in FamAuth profiles, system-generated emails fail to deliver. Users attempting to link accounts with Login.gov are not receiving PIN codes. Use non-Gmail addresses (e.g., Firenet or any other domain) when linking to Login.gov. This ensures delivery of system emails and PIN codes. FAMAuth is working to ensure Gmail is no longer blocking these emails.

VIPR End of Life is scheduled for 11/30/2025. After that date, the VIPR system will not be accessible. Please contact your Contracting Officer for any questions or assistance.
