WFDSS Disabled Accounts
If you get an error message stating that your WFDSS account is Disabled, then you will need to contact your GA Editor and request to have roles applied before the helpdesk can reset your password.
FAMWEB & FAMTEST password cannot be reset via chat
As of May 7th, 2019, the Helpdesk is no longer able to do password resets over Chat for application that do not utilize a recovery email.
This will effect applications such as FAMWEB and FAMTEST. Also WFDSS users that cannot access the email address that is associated with their WFDSS account. These users will be asked to call in to the Helpdesk for assistance in resetting their passwords.
